Shipping & Returns



The cost of shipping is included in your order total unless otherwise stated.  Customers will be notified of shipment with 10 business days of order placed, and should receive the order within 15 business days.  

If products are on backorder, customers will receive notice and approximate shipment date within 10 days of order placed. 


Refunds are available with the same payment method used on the order if returned items are unworn within 30 days of the shipment date. After 30 days, you may be issued an Akola credit for the original purchase price. After 45 days, we regret that we cannot accept returns or exchanges. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Gift cards cannot be returned. Lost or damaged items are not covered under our return policy. Items that were purchased at a discount are final sale. To return or exchange an item, please contact Akola by emailing with your invoice number and a brief explanation of your claim.
